About Special Packages
New to cleaning services or its been a while? Get started with a Special Package.
Appointments are about 1/2 day and follow the maintenance checklist.
Most homes need 1–2 Special Packages to get caught up.
For a full reset, start with a Deep Clean and Special Packages, then book a maintenance follow-up within 8 weeks.
What Is A Special Package?
Special Packages are booked before Maintenance Packages.
For most homes, it takes 1–2 visits to get through the Maintenance checklist one-time over. High-impact areas like bathrooms, kitchens, showers, and tubs often require focused time to catch up. Areas with buildup can take an entire appointment or more on their own, which is why we start with Special Packages.
While Special Packages are most commonly used for catch-up, they can also be booked for tasks not included in our Maintenance or Deep Cleaning Packages, such as windows and window tracks.
Once a home is on a recurring schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), we can typically complete the full Maintenance checklist on an ongoing basis. For one-off visits, we can usually get through about 80% of the checklist, as long as you haven’t kept us away too long ;-)
Why Do We Start With Special Packages?
We’ve learned over years of doing this that trying to deep clean an entire home in a single visit is expensive, stressful, and rarely as satisfying as anyone hopes.
Our Special Packages are a gentler, smarter way to start. During our half-day appointments, we’ll work through high-impact areas like the kitchen and bathrooms. How much cleaning we can complete depends on how much build up is in your home.
If you’re wanting that full-home “fresh start,” most families reach it after a Deep Cleaning Package, 1–2 Special Packages, and a Maintenance follow-up.
