Hey folks! I’m Ruby, the founder of Tidy Up Portland.

I started out as a house cleaner, learned the ropes hands-on, and eventually studied the best cleaning companies from around the world. I’ve been mentored by some of the industry’s top minds, and I’m currently taking business courses to keep leveling up what we do here.

One of the biggest things we’ve focused on in the last year is hiring the right people. We’ve learned that the people are what make or break our clients’ experience, so we make sure to only hire folks that share our values and already experienced with house cleaning. In fact, most of the house cleaners we work with are small business owners in their own right, and we support their careers, goals and families, as we work together to provide top-tier services to our community.
