COVID-19 POLICY
In order for Tidy Up Portland to provide a safe and healthy working environment for our staff we have implemented new rules for both our customers and employees. These rules must be adhered to in order for us to provide our services to you.
We are staying safe by sanitizing supplies and equipment after each use and wearing masks for the duration of the appointment. If we show any signs of illness, or find that we have been exposed to Covid-19, we will self quarantine and seek medical advice.
We must reschedule a cleaning appointment if any of the following circumstances apply. We thank you for your honesty, as it keeps our work and client family safe. In the last 14 days, have you or anyone in your household:
... Tested positive for COVID-19?
… Been in contact with anyone who has tested positive?
… Been ill and not tested for COVID-19?
… Been in contact with someone who has become ill and has not been tested for COVID-19?
Cleaning Day Rules
If you need to be home during the service then we require that you social distance by staying in one room until the cleaners are ready for you to relocate to another space in the home. We also appreciate when you open some windows to increase air ventilation throughout the house making it safer for everyone.
